Encourage one who is dispirited. Wipe the tears of the afflicted. Be a lamp to those who have lost their way. Be a doctor and nurse to the ailing. Serving others selflessly prepares the heart and mind to receive the divine light. Seva or selfless service to humanity is the first step on the spiritual path.

4 free eye camps were organized by Satyam Yoga Trust in partnership with Dr. Agarwal's Eye Hospital and Exnora. The events were a grand success, with nearly 300 people getting their eyes checked. As an aside, 12 people signed up for eye donation after hearing Sannyasi Krishna Yogam speak about the virtue of donating one's eyes and thus provide vision for others.
